Please be sure to notify us once you send back the blanket and include confirmation/receipt/tracking number that you have sent it back .
The goods must be returned to us intact. The blanket must still be in new condition. If the blanket is stained, damaged or has any pet hairs, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Please note we do not accept custom order returns.
Please be advised that the customer bears the cost of returning the goods. After receiving the blanket, we will refund you the funds within 14 days minus delivery fee of €10.
